Tasty Tip by Natasha

Yesterday I curled up with a good book but I had a hankering for something tasty. So I decided to pull out my favorite recipe of home made potato chips. They are delicious, quick and fun to make.

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Second, wash one potato.
Third, use a peeler and slice off strips of potato.
Then toss the potato slices in olive oil salt and any other flavoring you might like. (eg. Ketchup, pepper, herbs, spice)
Finally, lay all the potatos flat on a cookie sheet and do not overlap the pieces.

Put the tray in the oven for ten minutes or until all the chips are dry and slightly brown.

Enjoy your home made potato chips with a movie or a good book. I did!
